Company Profile:
Bubbies started 25 years ago as a dipping store making ice cream one tub at a time on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. We have grown from that one dippimg store into the world leaders of mochi ice cream. Bubbies is a small but rapidly growing company shipping product all over the mainland USA, Singapore, Canada, Mexico, France, Dubai and soon into Japan and Australia. We produce 20 regular mochi flavors with a special each month. Food service as well as retail packaging are available. We have been described as a company with a "cult" like following.

Key Products:
Mochi ice cream is our main product. Mochi is sweetened rice flour that is steamed, sugar is added and utilizing specialized equipment we wrap the mochi around our super - premium ice cream. We were the first to actually flavor the mochi itself and we have 20 regular flavors with a special each month. We service food service establishments (hotels, restaurants) as well as gourmet retail stores. We usually ship overnight direct via UPS to our accounts on the mainland.
